Rob is an IT professional with 20+ years experience.  He lives here in Lincoln and has worked for small businesses, Fortune 500's and everything in between.  He has earned his Bachelor's in IT and MBA from Bellevue University and holds multiple certifications from Microsoft and Cisco, among others.

PRICING

Computers can do an almost unlimited number of things.  That also means there are an unlimited number of things that can go wrong.  Some problems can be fixed in a few minutes and others take longer.  For those reasons I thought the most fair way to charge was in 15 minute blocks.  You only pay when I'm working on your problem.  The cost is $30 for any portion of 15 minutes.  Time starts as soon as I connect remotely or arrive onsite.  Onsite visits, if needed, will have a trip charge of $60 in addition to any time spent working.
